1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in the Business Launch Mentorship program. By enrolling, paying, or accessing Program materials, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We are committed to offering transparent, fair, and supportive services to every client.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If enrolling on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the necessary authority to act for that entity. We reserve the right to deny enrollment if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Program Inclusions

  • Interactive live sessions (group and/or one-to-one mentorship).
  • Access to recorded training videos and tutorials.
  • Worksheets, templates, and step-by-step planning tools.
  • Private community group for peer support and networking.
  • Q&A support during business hours via email or chat.

We may make reasonable updates or substitutions to Program content to improve quality and value.

4. Exclusions

The Program provides mentorship and education only. It does not include legal, financial, or tax services, and does not establish an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship. Business registration, tax filings, or marketing campaigns are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Your results depend on your own skills, effort, and market conditions. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, or customer outcomes. Many external factors—such as industry trends, economic climate, and execution—are beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Attend sessions on time and actively participate.
  • Complete any assigned work or exercises.
  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.
  • Maintain professional and respectful conduct in all Program spaces.
  • Ensure reliable internet connection and updated software to access Program content.

We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

7. Payments, Billing & Late Fees

You agree to pay the full price at checkout. If you select a payment plan, you authorize recurring billing until the balance is paid in full. Failed or late payments may result in suspended access to Program materials until payment is completed.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the checkout page. If a limited refund policy is offered, the terms at purchase apply. To request an eligible refund, clients must contact us within the specified timeframe.

9. Scheduling & Recordings

Schedules for group calls will be communicated in advance. Live sessions may be recorded and shared with participants for educational purposes. By joining a live session, you consent to being recorded. Missed sessions are not refundable, but replay access may be available.

10. Intellectual Property

All Program materials—including videos, templates, guides, and community content—are protected intellectual property of Benefit Seller LLC. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for business development. Redistribution, resale, or replication is strictly prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose confidential information shared during the Program, except as required by law. You also agree not to disclose confidential strategies, discussions, or business details of other participants.

12. Testimonials & Marketing

If you choose to provide a testimonial, you grant Benefit Seller LLC the right to use your name, likeness, and feedback in marketing materials. You may withdraw permission in writing at any time for future use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benefit Seller LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business opportunities, or data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Yavapai County, Arizona, except small-claims cases which may be filed in your county of residence.
