Our services are built on time, expertise, and tailored guidance. This page explains how refunds, cancellations, and reschedules work at Benefit Seller LLC.

Who this policy applies to

At Benefit Seller LLC we deliver business mentorship and consultation—not physical goods. Because each engagement is customized and time-based, our policy differs from product returns you might see elsewhere. We aim to be transparent and fair while protecting the time our team invests for you.

Consultations

  • Confirmed sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Need to move the time? Please reschedule ≥ 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed without notice is treated as used and cannot be refunded or rebooked.

Mentorship Programs

  • Programs include milestones, resources, and reserved expert time.
  • After a program’s kickoff session, fees become non-refundable.
  • We may allow pause/deferral once for up to 30 days (case-by-case).

Workshops & Cohorts

  • Seat transfers to another person are allowed once, free of charge.
  • Cancellations ≥ 7 days before the start may be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Within 7 days of start: non-refundable (recordings/materials provided if applicable).

Refunds

  • If we cancel a consultation or program before delivery and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If you’re dissatisfied, contact us within 5 business days of the session. We’ll review your case and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or future service credit.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions & Force Majeure

We may make exceptions for emergencies (e.g., medical events, natural disasters) if you notify us promptly and provide reasonable documentation. Circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., widespread outages) may result in rescheduling without penalty.

  1. Reach out: Email or call us with your name, the service, and date/time.
  2. Share context: Briefly explain what happened and the outcome you’re seeking.
  3. We review: We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

We can’t guarantee outcomes, but we do guarantee effort and transparency. If something feels off, tell us quickly—we’ll make it right where possible.

What if my payment fails?

We’ll notify you to retry securely. Sessions may be paused until payment clears to keep scheduling fair.
